What is Success Coaching?
Coaching is a professional relationship, likened to that of
a mentor, guide and cheerleader all rolled into one.

How is Coaching Different that Counseling?

Coaching focuses on the present and the future,
not on the past. In other words, together we look at
where you want to go and how to get there, not on
where you've been and why your stuck.

Coaching is positive. It assesses and
employs your strengths, instead of trying to
overcome your weaknesses.

Coaching is results oriented. Failure is not
an option when you decide to work with a coach.
In Success Coaching Dr.
Vaillancourt draws upon her 20+ years of clinical experience and
a variety of techniques, including those drawn from
Positive Psychology,
Energy Psychology,
and Appreciative Inquiry. Initial
assessments focus the inquiry towards
positive solutions, by remembering past successes and
building upon strengths. This focus is undergirded
by the assumption that "you get more of what you focus
on." Therefore focusing on success and strengths, rather
than problems and weaknesses, is one of the key factors
in Success Coaching.
