Who doesn't want this?  Raise your hand....I thought so.

We all want success....whatever that means to us.  In the last 4 years I have:

• doubling my income (during the recession)
• lost 70 pounds
• earned a purple belt in Shotokan karate (on the way to a black belt by 60!)
• sold my house myself in a down market
• bought the condo of my dreams
• cured myself of plantar fasciitis
• and am now about to manifest my SoulMate

Plus, unlike many others who hold themselves out to be coaches and specialists in human behavior, I have a Ph.D. in psychology.  So I am an expert in what makes people tick and how to overcome resistance to change, fears, self-limiting beliefs, procrastination and self-defeating behavior. I can help you develop an abundance mindset and mental toughness because I know how to work directly with your subconscious mind.

I have been trained in powerful mind/body techniques (Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, for short and PSYCH-K®) that quickly remove or reduce fears and self-limiting beliefs at a subconscious level.  I approach coaching using the tenets of Positive Psychology ... identifying and utilizing your strengths, values and imagination to move you in the direction of your dreams.
